Important information
You need to Know this:
The Table Mountain ticket, if unused, can be refunded. This MUST be done by sending copies of your voucher and Table Mountain tickets to refunds@citysightseeing.co.za during the 14-day validity period. A R20 per ticket admin charge will be deducted from the refund. Once the Table Mountain ticket has been used, no refund will be granted for the bus ticket portion.
Please take note:
- The first bar code is to redeem the boarding pass for the bus
- The second one is for the Cableway return trip. Please scan it at the bottom cableway station on the way up and a second time at the top to come down.

- City Sightseeing CBD ticket office, located at 81 Long Street
- Hop on the bus at 30 clearly marked stops along its routes
- You can also go directly to the Table Mountain Aerial Cableway, Tafelberg Road
