Important information

You need to Know this:

In case of bad weather, the Table Mountain Cable car portion remains valid for 14 days from your chosen date. (A second day on the bus is not possible)
The Table Mountain ticket, if unused, can be refunded. This MUST be done by sending copies of your voucher and Table Mountain tickets to refunds@citysightseeing.co.za during the 14-day validity period. A R20 per ticket admin charge will be deducted from the refund. Once the Table Mountain ticket has been used, no refund will be granted for the bus ticket portion.

Please take note:

You will receive 2 bar codes when making this purchase
- The first bar code is to redeem the boarding pass for the bus
- The second one is for the Cableway return trip. Please scan it at the bottom cableway station on the way up and a second time at the top to come down.

- Hop on the bus at 30 clearly marked stops along its routes
